📦 Damaged or Broken Items If your item arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

🔄 Change of Mind Returns Return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in original packaging cannot be returned.

💳 Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
